My journey in the transportation sector began as a driver, where I gained invaluable firsthand experience on the road. Over the years, I honed my skills and knowledge, eventually earning a diploma in management. This academic foundation provided me with a strong theoretical background to complement my practical experience.

My commitment to continuous improvement led me to acquire various licenses and certifications, including the Manager's Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) for both national and international transport. I am also proud to hold the title of National Road Transport Institute (NRI) HGV instructor, enabling me to pass on my expertise to the next generation of drivers.

Safety and compliance have always been at the forefront of my work. I am an IOSH (Institution of Occupational Safety and Health) certified professional, demonstrating my dedication to ensuring the safety of both drivers and the public. Furthermore, I am a JAUPT approved trainer, allowing me to deliver high-quality driver training that adheres to industry standards.

One of my notable achievements is being a FORS (Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme) Practitioner, illustrating my commitment to sustainable and safe transportation practices. In addition, I am a Taqua A1 instructor, equipping me to assess and certify individuals in their driving skills.

Throughout my career, I have held key roles as an operations manager and compliance manager. These positions have given me the opportunity to develop and implement effective risk assessments and Safe Systems of Work (SSOW) to ensure the smooth and secure operation of transportation services.
